D-Link has recently released a new driver update for its DUB-1312 USB 3.0 to LAN adapter. The package contains different driver versions for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8, on both 32 and 64-bit architectures.
The device is a handy piece of equipment. Weighing only 46.4 grams (1.64 oz) and measuring 74.4 x 21 x 16 mm (2.93 x 0.83 x .063 inches), this device would obviously be my pick in terms of portability. And, given that it is USB 3.0 compatible, the connection speed can get up to 1 Gbps.
The DUB-1312 features dynamic power management, which will reduce power consumption during times of light traffic, when idle, or when the Ethernet cable is unplugged. This becomes extremely useful for the battery-powered devices.
Simply plug in the DUB-1312 USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter to your computer’s USB 3.0 port and it will be installed and ready in a matter of seconds. The drivers are installed automatically 1, there is no need to install additional programs or fiddle around with your computer settings. For extra convenience, the adapter’s compact design means you can easily slip the DUB-1312 into your pocket or laptop bag and take it with you. When it comes to changes, even though the producer doesn’t highlight any improvements, I assume this package might implement a few stability and performance enhancements. However, the driver must be applied in order to find out what these modifications really are.
To do so, simply save the downloadable package on a convenient place, such as your desktop, extract it, browse for the setup file, and run it. Afterwards, simply follow all instructions displayed for a complete and successful installation.
That being said, download D-Link DUB-1312 USB 3.0 to LAN adapter, install it, and check our website as often as possible in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”

I have searched online, there are lots of solution available, but any solution was not fully working with my D-Link 157 USB Modem. Mean, I had installed the software using the online trick.
